Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Klinqd software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant & Hardware ID Locking
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable lifetime license to use the Software. The license key provided to you will be permanently cryptographically bound to the Hardware ID (HWID) of the machine where it is first activated. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to spoof HWID checks will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license without refund.

3. Appropriate Use & Liability
This Software provides advanced DOM manipulation and headless browser automation capabilities. You acknowledge that automating actions on third-party platforms (including LinkedIn) may violate their respective Terms of Service. Klinqd is not responsible or liable for any account suspensions, bans, rate limits, or legal actions taken against you by third-party platforms. You use this Software entirely at your own risk.

4. No Refunds (Crypto Policy)
Due to the nature of digital software distribution and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a serial key has been generated and transmitted.

5. As-Is Delivery & Updates
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we intend to provide Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to maintain compatibility with platform changes, we are under no legal obligation to provide continuous support indefinitely.
